I'm a freshman and I joined the track and field team this year. We had to seperate into groups at conditioning depending on events and my friends and I just went with the throwers since we were undecided. I tried javelin but I didn't like it at all. So what should I do? I'm 5'6" and 106 pounds. I have alright leg strength but my upper body strength sucks. I can run fast, but for very short distances. If you need to know anything else, I'll edit.
