Can the DNA from a frozen mammoth be used to resurrect the wooly mammoth?

They are no where close to achieving this, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about. Some would say "But Mr. Tights they cloned a sheep!" yeah.. they did and did they use a sheep to give birth to it? yup. Have you seen any surrogate mother mastodons running around? Big nope.
