Skipping Your Senior Year Of HS?

Can someone tell me more about this? I am pretty sure it is called a dual program. I want to major in journalism and acting. I have heard this is when you skip your senior year and you just come back for graduation. I want to attend NYU or Columbia. UPENN, UCLA, USC are also options.I have posted this, but know one has answered or knows. I am looking into going to NYU for undergraduate and Columbia for graduate. UPENN is also a big role, too. I would like to double major, and have two minors. This would be 5 years with my senior year, thanks!
