Downloads for a Green-Screen?

I'm making a video and I can hang a plain green or blue plastic tablecloth up for the background to create a "green-screen". After I make the video I need a program on my computer that will use the green screen to change the background. Does anyone know any good programs I can download for free that will work and NOT give me spam or some virus?
