What are the Top 5 Political Science colleges?

I wanna go to a military college (like MMA, Nowich, VMI or even a Service Academy) but I wanna major in Political Science --> International Relations (major) / Spanish (minor) instead of Military Arts and Science. But I wanna go to a college in which I don't have to go to the military or the be in the Reserves, unless I can be in the Department of State while being in the Reserves. Nonetheless, I have every intention of applying to West Point, the Air Force Academy, Nowich, M Maritime and VMI in addition to any other colleges that have a good Political Science --> International Relations / Spanish courses. So are there any other good Political Science colleges (besides Princeton, Harvard, Yale and such Ivy League colleges)? Thanks a lot guys. :D
