How do i keep my 360 waves with long hair?

aright so i pretty much have waves. when i get my haircut i can see them and there spinnin nice but the more my hair grows the less noticeable they are. and im not talkin growin like a fro im say like a few weeks after a haircut. how do i keep my waves spinnin as my hair grows
