What information are Voyager 1 and 2 sending back?

I am looking for specifics. I have read the weekly reports" on the JPL website and looked through everything but there are no specifics. I'm not looking for an answer like "they are sending back information about the heliopause", etc. or snarky answers like "Google it, dude". I am looking for a precise explanation. Another related question is, what are the controllers on Earth able to manipulate onboard the to craft and how long does it take signals to transmit? Thanks!
