Can anyone recommend a good book for a college student?

I don't mean a clic novel or anything like that. Just something to read for fun that isn't entirely brainless. I am a girl, if it matters. I am not a huge fan of romance novels, historical fiction, or nonfiction, but I'll make an exception if the book is interesting. My favorite books include the Harry Potter series, The Count of Monte Cristo, and Atlas Shrugged, just to name a few. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!
