What is wrong with me?

A few months ago, I started to have pelvic pain and extreme fatigue idk what was going on...so i went to the drs and they told me i have some kind of pelvic infection. They had no idea what it was even after they ran a bunch of blood tests. So they of course gave me antibiotics. About a week later, I went back because I had a rash and some really bad itching down there...the dr took a look and said its a yeast infection so she gave me that yeast infection pill and some monistat 7 cream...the rash went away but, the itching was still faintly there after 7 days. I went back and they gave me another type of antibiotics because my faiugue and some discharge down there was still present...the l itching came back with no rash and the dr said my yeast infection was coming back so i took the meds again but the itching and discharge is still there...im exhausted and scared...could it be HSV!? idk...please help me...especially if you've had any of these symptoms...
