Has anyone had their eyebrows done at the Benefit Brow Bar?

I was in the Glasgow, House of Frasers today and I was forced into them giving me a makeover! They've booked me in for a free make-up lesson next week, however, they've also booked me in for an eyebrow wax. Does anyone have any feedback? Also, how much did it cost? They did not actually tell me a price.
