Why does Obama dislike the military having a "Kick Tail" attitude?

Last time I checked, Thats pretty much what our men and women in uniform are trained to do in times of war. Our greatest Generals had it. Patton, McArthur, and George Washington. Lets let Commrade Obama train the troops since he has so much military experience!!!
