i agree with everyone that say dont talk to the guy unless it has something to do with work if the burp is anoying you tell your boss so its on record and u keep a record book also most likely they keep him around cuz he's telling the boss what is going on in the office so you dont want to get into a tick for tat situation i think you will loose because he's the snitch they will take up for him so its good he showed his face u can see him for what he is now rather than later you might find that this works out for you and keep the job but if not move on but know they have snitches on every job good luck hope this helps
